The Role

The Senior Director of AI Enrollment Solutions is a senior, revenue-owning role responsible for a defined territory spanning the Southeast United States through Texas.

This position carries a quota and is accountable for new institutional partnerships. However, success in this role does not come from transactional selling or high-volume outreach. It comes from leading strategic conversations with senior enrollment leaders and helping institutions understand why legacy approaches are no longer effective—and how Enroll ml fundamentally changes decision-making.

You will own relationships, pipeline, and revenue in your territory.

What You'll Do

  • Own and grow revenue within your assigned territory
  • Build and manage a qualified pipeline from initial conversation through close
  • Lead senior-level discussions with Presidents, VPs of Enrollment, CFOs, Cabinet members, and Boards
  • Clearly articulate Enroll ml's AI-driven approach to behavioral signals, timing, and outcome optimization
  • Position Enroll ml as a strategic enrollment solution—not a CRM, dashboard, or predictive analytics add-on
  • Run discovery conversations, demonstrations, and executive briefings aligned to institutional priorities
  • Help institutions rethink predictive modeling, action scoring, and reactive funnel management
  • Partner closely with Enroll ml leadership, product, and data science teams
  • Represent Enroll ml with credibility at conferences, meetings, and industry events

How This Role Is Measured

This role does carry a revenue quota and is measured on:

  • Closed-won revenue within the assigned territory
  • Pipeline quality, progression, and forecast accuracy
  • Strength, longevity, and expansion of institutional partnerships
  • Ability to move institutions from curiosity to commitment

While the sales motion is consultative and strategic, accountability for results is clear.

Who We're Looking For

This role is ideal for someone who understands enrollment deeply and is comfortable owning revenue.

Required experience:

  • Background in higher education enrollment, admissions, marketing, and/or financial aid
  • Experience selling, partnering, or advising within higher education
  • Comfort engaging senior leadership, including Presidents, VPs, Cabinets, and Boards
  • Strong understanding of the enrollment lifecycle (inquiry through melt)
  • Ability to translate complex concepts (AI, data, behavior) into clear, human language

Preferred experience:

  • Former enrollment leader, senior consultant, or executive partner to institutions
  • Experience with Slate, Salesforce, and traditional predictive analytics
  • Familiarity with why legacy scoring and forecasting approaches fall short in today's environment
